Migration and Recovery

The unified engine supports native, cPanel, Plesk, cross-server, and disaster-recovery workflows.

Purpose

Move hosting workloads with validation and rollback evidence.

Step-by-step

  1. Inventory source workloads.
  2. Create and verify a pre-migration backup.
  3. Choose native, cPanel, Plesk, or cross-server mode.
  4. Run preflight and transfer.
  5. Validate DNS, sites, mail, databases, SSL, and ownership.
  6. Retain rollback artifacts through acceptance.

Example

Lower DNS TTL before an approved cutover and restore it afterward.

Best practices

  • Test a representative workload first.
  • Never delete the source during validation.

Troubleshooting

  • Review operation logs and source compatibility.
  • Rollback when integrity or service checks fail.
